The build is a one off, and plenty of people stop there. If you want the site actually working for search afterwards, I keep at it every month: on page and local SEO, articles written and published for you, and unlimited small edits.
How it works
Send me your business information, photos, logo if you have one, links, contact details, and a few websites you like. One message is fine.
Within a day, I'll put the basic structure of your website on a temporary link. You can see how the pages and information fit together before I design it. This doesn't slow anything down.
Then I disappear and build the site. No meetings. No weekly calls. No project management on your end.
You see the finished site and send me your changes. I make one round of edits. You pay the remaining half, I put the site live, and I hand over all your logins and files.

Most delays on a small business website come from waiting on content. Since I write the copy for you, that usually leaves photos, and if you do not have good ones I will use professional stock rather than let the build stall.
No. Writing every word is part of the build at every price, not an add on. You send me the facts about your business, what you do, who you do it for, what makes you different, and I turn that into pages.
My background is in marketing and SEO, so the copy is written to do two jobs at once: convince the person reading it, and give Google something to rank. If you would rather write it yourself you can, but almost nobody wants to.

No. Every site is designed around your business, your colors and the reference sites you send me, then hand coded from scratch. No WordPress, no page builder, no theme bought off a marketplace.
That is also why these sites load quickly. There is no plugin stack, no builder bloat and no database query running before a visitor sees anything, just the HTML, CSS and JavaScript your site genuinely needs. Fast pages help conversions, and Google uses page speed as a ranking signal.
Yes, completely. The domain, the hosting account, the files and every login are registered in your name and your email address from day one, not mine.
At handover you get the actual folder of website files. You can move the site to another host, hand it to a different developer, or leave it exactly where it is. You are never renting it from me, and there is nothing I could switch off.
No, and this is worth explaining properly because it is where most small business owners get caught. Your site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, and it is genuinely free. Not free for the first year and then billed, free.
The reason is that a hand coded site is made of static files. There is no server sitting there running software around the clock the way a WordPress site needs, so there is nothing to rent. It is also served from Cloudflare's global network, which means it loads fast wherever your customer happens to be.
The account is created in your name and you get the login. Your only recurring cost is your domain name, roughly ten to fifteen dollars a year, billed to you directly by the registrar. No hosting invoice from me, no maintenance retainer, no plugin licences, no surprise renewal.
I do the work that makes ranking possible, and I do not promise positions. Anyone who guarantees you the top spot is guessing with your money.
Every build includes the technical foundation: page titles and meta descriptions written for each page, a clean heading structure, schema markup, an XML sitemap, fast mobile first pages, Google Search Console and Bing set up and verified, GA4 with event tracking, and your Google Business Profile claimed and optimized so you show up in local search and Google Maps.
That is the groundwork every site should have and most cheap sites skip. Where you actually land depends on your market, your competition and how long you have been at it. If you want someone working on it every month after launch, that is what the monthly SEO service is for.
Yes, and there is no extra charge. If you already use Calendly, WhatsApp, Square, Toast, OpenTable or another reservation system, Google reviews or payment links, I will wire it into the site so it works properly on a phone as well as a desktop.

No, and I would rather tell you that now than take your money and disappoint you. I build straightforward business websites: services, locations, menus, galleries, contact forms and lead capture.
I do not build shopping carts, checkout flows, customer accounts or booking engines from scratch. If that is what you need, you need a different kind of developer, and I will say so on the first message.
